Kāpiti Coast District Council is working on an updated set of procurement documents which will be ready for use in mid 2023.

The new set of documents will include the Council’s Request for Tender (RFT), Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotes (RFQ), and Call for Registrations of Interest (ROI) documents.

The updated documents will incorporate revisions and additional content to align with recent changes to legislation and the Council’s Procurement Policy, and with the latest procurement documentation provided by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.

Kāpiti Coast District Council is making it easier for local businesses to get involved in Council mahi.

A new Supplier Portal is designed to improve interactions between Council and suppliers outside of a formal tender process.

The Portal is where suppliers can see examples of work coming up, learn about working with the Council, register their interest in working together and tell us about themselves and what they do. Read more…

Council’s Procurement Team will host a free webinar for suppliers to introduce the Supplier Portal and explain how it works.

The timing for the webinar will be confirmed in April 2023. Don’t worry if you can’t make it, a recording of the webinar will be available on the Supplier Portal after the event.

To register for the webinar, please email procurement@kapiticoast.govt.nz with the name and email addresses of those that would like to attend.
